All regional political parties should join hands in safeguarding of the J&K state: Dr Tasaduk

JK's prominent educationist, political analyst and prolific columnist Dr Tasaduk Hussain Itoo said that all regional parties of the J & K state should come together on one platform in safeguarding the constitutional edifice of the state guaranteed by the Constitution of India.

"It is high time that regional political parties - NC , PDP, PC , JKPM, AIP including others should keep aside their vote bank politics , come together and make a common united front with regard to safeguarding of the unique constitutional structure of Jammu and Kashmir state guaranteed by the Indian Constitution" Dr Tasaduk said while talking to KBC NEWS.

He said that all regional political parties should get enough sensitive now towards the threats that are being targeted time and again against the unique constitutional edifice of the Jammu and Kashmir state.

He said that Article 370 & 35 A stand as a unique pillar to JK state to maintain its constitutional uniqueness, Integrity and gaurantee under Indian Constitution and any kind of move by the Central government to abrogate these articles will be fiddling with the integrity and credibility of the basic preamble of Indian Constitution.

He said that the 'promise of accession' and integration of the Jammu and Kashmir state with the Union of India holds true only when Article 370 & 35 A in Indian Constitution stand unrevoked and any kind of abrogation with these articles will automatically break that 'promise of accession '.

"Delimitation move by Central government is again a threat and fiddling with unique constitutional structure of Jammu and Kashmir constitution and all regional political parties must join hands to oppose this move strongly", He added
